Since the pinball industry has begun there have been changes to the electronic system more that anything else, but the playfield has remained the same. Up until a few years ago when the manufacturers went to a plastic coated playfield to prevent wear and damage to the graphits, but before that the playfield was just a laminated wood with graphits. To maintain the older playfields the product Wildcat #125 was developed and recommended by Bally Mfg. Co the largest pinball manufacturer of its time. Bally recommended Wildcat #125 because it was designed just for the type of playfield that was being made at that time now the majority of the pinball machines that are still left to purchase by the public are these type of games and need to be protected with Wildcat #125, that is recommened by the mfg co. The newer pinballs with mylar on the playfield can use just a cleaner like Novus or kc-22 (recommended by Wildcat). Wildcat #125 has been used for 35 years and is recommended by the manufacturer.

How to use: Shake well before using. Use cheese-cloth for best results on your playfield. Rub surface area, let dry and buff for a high gloss.
